Terms of service
1. Acceptance
These terms govern your use of the axevallr.com website and the Axevallr application (together, “the service”), provided by PETAR BALTOV (“we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What the service is
Axevallr is a private, invitation-only dashboard for systematic options trading research and execution, and for viewing your own financial accounts. It is in private beta: features may change, and parts of it may be incomplete or experimental. It is not offered to the public.
3. Eligibility
Only operators we have individually authorised may use the application. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. Authorisation is personal to you and cannot be transferred.
4. Not financial advice
Nothing in the service is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, option or other financial instrument. Strategies, signals, back-tests, analytics and figures shown in the service are informational tools. You alone are responsible for your trading and investment decisions, and you should seek advice from a qualified professional where appropriate.
5. Risk warning
Options trading carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose some or all of the money you invest, and some strategies, such as selling options, can lose more than the premium received.
Past performance, including back-tested or simulated results, does not indicate future results. Simulated and paper-trading results have inherent limitations: they do not reflect real execution, slippage, liquidity or the emotional pressure of trading with real money. Automated systems can fail, behave unexpectedly or act on incorrect data, and market data may be delayed or wrong. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
6. Account security
You sign in through GitHub or Google, and you are responsible for keeping that account secure, including enabling two-factor authentication. Tell us straight away at axevallr@gmail.com if you suspect anyone else has accessed the service as you.
7. Read-only bank access; no payment initiation
If you connect a bank account, the service retrieves account information only, through Enable Banking Oy, an authorised account information service provider. The service cannot initiate payments, transfer money or change anything at your bank. You can remove a connection at any time in the application and revoke access at your bank. How bank data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
Bank data is shown as your bank supplies it. We do not guarantee it is complete, current or accurate, and your bank's own records always take precedence.
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
- connect bank accounts that you are not entitled to access;
- use the service for anything unlawful, including market manipulation or any breach of financial regulation;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the service, its infrastructure or other people's data, or probe, scan or test its security without our written permission;
- interfere with the service's operation, or overload it;
- copy, resell or provide the service to anyone else.
9. Availability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any service-level commitment. It may be interrupted, changed or withdrawn at any time, including for maintenance, and connections to third parties such as your bank or broker may fail. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties, express or implied, including of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
10. Intellectual property
The service, its software, design and content belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service while you are authorised. Your own data remains yours.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or from its unavailability, errors or inaccuracies. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access at any time, in particular if you breach these terms. When access ends, we remove your bank connections and delete the related data as described in the privacy policy. Sections 4, 5, 10, 11 and 14 continue to apply after termination.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will be published on this page with a new “last updated” date, and material changes will be notified to authorised operators before they apply. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, and any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory law of the country where you live.
